Flexible policy details

  • Cancel 2 days or more in advance of your trip and receive a full refund on all fees (accommodation, service, cleaning and security).  After that, there is a 50% charge on accommodation and service fees and a 100% refund on housekeeping and security deposits. Housekeeping and Security fees will always be refunded on cancellations. For example, if you have a rental starting on Sept 10, you may cancel on Sept 8 or anytime before that to receive a full refund. 

 

Moderate policy details

  • Cancel 5 days or more in advance of your trip and receive a full refund on all fees (accommodation, service, cleaning and security). After that, there is a 50% charge on accommodation and service fees and a full refund on any security and housekeeping fees. Housekeeping and Security fees will always be refunded on cancellations. For example, if you have a rental starting on Sept 10, you must cancel on Sept 5 or anytime before that to receive a full refund. 

 

Strict policy details

  • Cancel seven days or more prior to arrival and receive a 50% refund of accommodation fees and 100% refund of security and housekeeping fees. The FOFFit service fee is not refunded.  Cancel less than the 7 days before the rental and there is a full charge on accommodation and service fees but a full refund on housekeeping and security deposits.  Housekeeping and Security fees will always be refunded on cancellations. So, if you have a rental starting on Sept 20, you must cancel on Sept 13 or anytime before that to receive your partial refund.
