General Cancellation Guidelines

  • If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given to FOFFit within 24 hours of check-in. ([email protected])
  • FOFFit will mediate when necessary, and has the final say in all disputes.
  • Cancellation policies may be superseded by by extenuating circumstances. Please review these on the FOFFit main page. 

 

 

Super Flexible policy details

  • Cancel 2 days or more in advance of your trip and receive a full refund on all fees (accommodation, service, cleaning and security).  After that, there is a 50% charge on accommodation and service fees and a 100% refund on housekeeping and security deposits.  Note that time zones are based on GMT+5.30. For example, if you have a rental starting on Jan 3, you must cancel before midnight on Jan 1 (GMT+5.30) or anytime before that to receive a refund. 

 

Flexible policy details

  • Cancel 7 days or more in advance of your trip and receive a full refund on all fees (accommodation, service, cleaning and security).  After that, there is a 50% charge on accommodation and service fees and a 100% refund on housekeeping and security deposits.  Note that time zones are based on GMT+5.30. For example, if you have a rental starting on Jan 8, you must cancel before midnight on Jan 1 (GMT+5.30) or anytime before that to receive a refund. 

Moderate policy details

  • Cancel 14 days or more in advance of your trip and receive a full refund on all fees (accommodation, service, cleaning and security). After that, there is a 50% charge on accommodation and service fees and a full refund on any security and housekeeping fees. Housekeeping and Security fees will always be refunded on cancellations. Note that time zones are based on GMT+5.30.  For example, if you have a rental starting on Jan 15, you must cancel before midnight on Jan 1 (GMT+5.30) or anytime before that to receive a refund. 

Strict policy details

  • Cancel 30 days or more prior to arrival and receive a full refund on all fees.  Cancel less than 30 days before the rental and there is a 50% charge on accommodation and service fees but a full refund on housekeeping and security deposits.  Housekeeping and Security fees will always be refunded on cancellations. Note that time zones are based on GMT+5.30. For example, if you have a rental starting on Jan 31, you must cancel before midnight on Jan 1 (GMT+5.30) or anytime before that to receive a refund.
