General Cancellation Guidelines

  • If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given to FOFFit within 24 hours of check-in. ([email protected])
  • FOFFit will mediate when necessary, and has the final say in all disputes.
  • Cancellation policies may be superseded by by extenuating circumstances. Please review these on the FOFFit main page. 

 

 

Super Flexible policy details

  • Cancel 2 days or more in advance of your trip and receive a full refund on all fees (accommodation, service, cleaning and security).  After that, there is a 50% charge on accommodation and service fees and a 100% refund on housekeeping and security deposits. There are no refunds beginning the day of the rental and during the rental.  Note that time zones are based on GMT+5.30. For example, if you have a rental starting on Jan 3, you must cancel before midnight on Jan 1 (GMT+5.30) or anytime before that to receive a refund. 

 

Flexible policy details

  • Cancel 7 days or more in advance of your trip and receive a full refund on all fees (accommodation, service, cleaning and security).  After that, there is a 50% charge on accommodation and service fees and a 100% refund on housekeeping and security deposits. There are no refunds beginning the day of the rental and during the rental. Note that time zones are based on GMT+5.30. For example, if you have a rental starting on Jan 8, you must cancel before midnight on Jan 1 (GMT+5.30) or anytime before that to receive a refund. 

Moderate policy details

  • Cancel 14 days or more in advance of your trip and receive a full refund on all fees (accommodation, service, cleaning and security). After that, there is a 50% charge on accommodation and service fees and a full refund on any security and housekeeping fees. Housekeeping and Security fees will always be refunded on cancellations. There are no refunds beginning the day of the rental and during the rental.Note that time zones are based on GMT+5.30.  For example, if you have a rental starting on Jan 15, you must cancel before midnight on Jan 1 (GMT+5.30) or anytime before that to receive a refund. 

Strict policy details

  • Cancel 30 days or more prior to arrival and receive a full refund on all fees.  Cancel less than 30 days before the rental and there is a 50% charge on accommodation and service fees but a full refund on housekeeping and security deposits.  Housekeeping and Security fees will always be refunded on cancellations. There are no refunds beginning the day of the rental and during the rental.Note that time zones are based on GMT+5.30. For example, if you have a rental starting on Jan 31, you must cancel before midnight on Jan 1 (GMT+5.30) or anytime before that to receive a refund.
